A venture with more than 100 acres of land, with each farm house plot measuring 500 Sq. Yards and 1000 Sq.Yards. This project has been continuously added up for sale year after year due to the high requirements, from referred customers.

Located at Gopanapally and Vattinagulapally.
The layout includes plantations to each plot, drip irrigation system and Metal Roads

Saichandra Residency (02-03)

Saichandra Enclave is at Puppalaguda which is very close to Jubilee Hills, Manikonda and Outer Ring Road.

Now it is considered to be a strategic location in Hyderabad for housing.

This residential layout is very close to Jubilee Hills, Manikonda and is also very near to the present upcoming Lanco Hills Project.
